1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of bono2.com, its pages, community features, accounts, search tools, media players, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By visiting or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the applicable privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply in your location. Access from a place where sexually explicit material is prohibited is not authorized.

2. The Service

BONOBONO is an adult-oriented discovery and community service. It may organize, display, cache, proxy, link to, or provide technical access to material submitted by users or made available by third-party sources. Features and content may change, become unavailable, or be removed without notice when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or operation of the Service.

Links and media supplied by third parties are controlled by their respective providers. BONOBONO does not control every third-party site, does not endorse third-party material merely by linking to it, and is not responsible for a third party’s availability, security, or privacy practices.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and must satisfy the adult-age requirement above.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials and secondary security code confidential.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• You may not sell, transfer, automate, or share an account in a way that defeats account limits or security controls.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless BONOBONO gives prior written permission. You must not:

• upload, post, request, promote, link to, or distribute unlawful material;
• submit any child sexual abuse material, sexualized depiction of a minor, content involving child exploitation, or material that presents an adult as a minor;
• submit non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera material, sexual violence, trafficking, coercion, extortion, bestiality, torture, or credible threats of harm;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
• publish personal data without authority, impersonate another person, harass others, or use the Service for fraud;
• introduce malware, interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities, overload infrastructure, or evade rate limits;
• scrape, mirror, index, download in bulk, or use automated requests except where BONOBONO has expressly allowed them;
• remove notices, defeat content-protection measures, or use the Service to build an unauthorized competing archive.

5. User submissions

You remain responsible for material you submit. By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights, permissions, and legally valid consent needed to submit and display it; that every depicted person was an adult when the material was created; and that the submission complies with these Terms and applicable law.

You retain any ownership you have. You grant BONOBONO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and technically process the submission solely to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the Service. This license ends when the submission is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup retention, legal preservation, and material shared by others before deletion.

Do not submit confidential material. BONOBONO may reject, restrict, remove, or preserve a submission when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or systems, respond to a report, or comply with law.

6. Safety, moderation, and reports

BONOBONO applies zero tolerance to child sexual abuse material and child exploitation. Suspected CSAM must be reported through the Reporting CSAM page. Copyright complaints should follow the DMCA Copyright Policy. Other removal, privacy, or operational requests may be submitted through the contact form.

BONOBONO may investigate reports, temporarily restrict access, remove material, preserve relevant records, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with competent authorities. A moderation decision is an operational decision and does not determine the legal rights of the parties.

7. Intellectual property

The Service’s software, interface, branding, original text, graphics, and compilation are owned by or licensed to BONOBONO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right is granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms. Third-party works remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Privacy and security

The Service processes account information, security records, inquiry data, and technical logs as described in its privacy policy. No internet service is completely secure. You should use a unique password, protect your secondary security code, and notify BONOBONO if you suspect account compromise.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may use the available account tools to request account closure. BONOBONO may limit, suspend, or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, repeated infringement, risk to users or systems, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions, will survive.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” BONOBONO does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free playback, permanent availability of any item, or the accuracy, legality, or quality of user or third-party material. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BONOBONO and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the Service, third-party material, unauthorized account access, or loss of data. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited only to the extent the applicable law permits.

12. Changes and severability

BONOBONO may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, security needs, or legal requirements. The updated date will appear above. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
